• You may return any unopened and unused non-food products within 15 days of receipt for a partial refund. Food items cannot be eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

• Returns must be initiated by contacting our customer service team at neja@cakeityourself.co

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on edible products such as cake mixes, cakes, and baked goods.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange for the return of the original item and the shipment of the new item.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and your location. We offer free delivery on select orders, as specified on our website.

• Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days.

• Expedited Shipping: 1 to 5 business days.

We offer international shipping within the EU, using Pošta Slovenije.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Our products may contain allergens including but not limited to gluten, lactose, eggs, soy, lupin and other substances that may trigger allergic reactions. Please check the ingredient list carefully before consuming any product. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions.
